In order to be eligible for a return/exchange, you have to present proof of purchase – communication with our customer agent, order number, and/or proof of payment within a period of 3 days from the delivery date.
For example, if I received my product on Wednesday 25th, I have until next Sunday 26th to raise my returns to claim.
We STRICTLY do not accept returns for these items: Jewelry, Innerwear, Swimsuits, Gym wear, and Sleepwear. For such purchases, please inspect the item carefully upon delivery and if necessary, reject it on the spot. Damaged or defective items must be reported within the same day of delivery.
We do not give cash refunds. In case you return an item or exchange it with a cheaper item we will keep your balance as a store credit which will be redeemable on your next purchase.
The shipping cost for a return/exchange will be covered by the client. Please keep proof of your postage because Boundless Collections is not liable for any returns packages that may get lost or stolen in transit.
All returns/exchange items MUST have the original tags and/or packaging attached free of any stains, deodorant, or tear
